The semi-automatic Handler-Stacker

The semi-automatic Handler-Stacker is the system’s “robot” and consists in a revolving base with a thrust block and an extruded section column: it can rotate through 360°. The carriage that runs up and down the column has a second bar mounted at 90°, which runs horizontally and is fitted with a lifting fork.

As well as rotating on its own axis, the entire system can be positioned at programmable heights, corresponding to height of the levels of the rack and the paint bench.

Banco

The bench is made of painted tubular aluminum or steel used to support the door or panel, iron, to be painted on two floors and four edges. These bars are backed special "V", the facts so you can position and rotate the product with ease and precision. The Tour solid practical and light can be removed to free up the front hood for other types of painting.

Rastrelliera

The rack is constructed in aluminium or special steel sections for holding doors and iron panels to be painted with our semi-automatic FORTUNA DOOR SERVICE system.

The number of levels is calculated according to the number of doors to be positioned and the ease with which they can be lifted and placed. The arms have a special section that enables doors and iron panels to be automatically centred, in order to be easily, rapidly and precisely lifted and placed. The racks are mounted on wheels.

The racks are wheeled.

SILVIA WILL GUIDE US THROUGH THE PAINTING CYCLE

Ciclo01

She positions the lifter at the height of the door to be taken from the rack for painting.

Ciclo02

She lifts it and positions it at the height of the paint bench, turns it through 180° and places it on the bench.

THE CURVED MOULDING CAN BE PAINTED BY POSITIONING THE DOOR ON THE 45° BENCH

N B: The production cycles are repeated according to the type of finish and the quality of the doors to be painted. The reference times measured with the TEMPI e METODI (TIMES and METHODS) system are 200 seconds per cycle and 140 within the eight paid working hours. These times are only given as examples and are not binding. Each company may establish them according to their needs.

Verniciatura

She begins by painting the first side, the side edges and front edge, and then turns the door through 180° to paint the second side and the last edge.

END OF PAINTING CYCLE
